Charlie Morris is the Founder of CREvolve, a strategic platform focused on helping capital partners and operators navigate structural change in the office market.

With two decades of experience across legacy brokerage, startup environments, and the flexible workplace economy, Charlie has worked inside the systems that shaped modern commercial real estate — and understands both where they excel and where their assumptions no longer hold.

That perspective allows him to work at the intersection of capital, operations, and execution, helping partners rethink how office assets are structured and operated as traditional assumptions around demand, leasing, and value creation continue to shift.

Charlie works alongside GPs, LPs, family offices, operators, and emerging platforms to design operating and partnership architectures that preserve optionality, align incentives, and expand how value is created and captured — beyond traditional leasing constructs alone.
